Our team is made up of both Qualified and experienced staff, catering staff and administrators. Qualifications that staff may hold are; a Montessori Diploma, an NVQ 2 and 3 in Childcare, a Degree in Early Years & Childhood Studies and a QTS(Qualified Teacher Status).
All staff are trained in how to deliver the BuzyBees ethos and methodology. We positively encourage all staff to continue with furthering their professional development. Staff regularly attend training courses provided by local authorities, in house training and Montessori seminars.
All our staff will receive training on the following courses by recognised organisations; First Aid at Work, Pediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Fire Extinguisher Training, Asthma & Epipen Training, Health & Safety Training.
We provide a high staff to child ratio which enables us to maintain closer supervision of the children.
